Chuck Gargotto

Jonathan Lopez
Jonathan is one of Denver’s top real estate agents and has been a licensed Colorado broker since 2014. Jamie Brown
With more than 40 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and project management, Jamie Brown brings a strategic, results-driven approach to Colorado real estate. Jamie recently returned to Denver after several years in West Maui, where he brokered real estate transactions beginning in 2019 and developed extensive knowledge of the Lahaina and Ka’anapali real estate markets.
A graduate of the University of the Pacific with a degree in Geology and advanced studies at UC Davis, Jamie began his career exploring for oil and gas before managing large-scale energy and commercial real estate projects across Colorado, Texas, California, and Wyoming. In 1989, he founded JK Brown, Inc., leading the development and financing of projects totaling more than $100 million, including notable Denver-area properties such as West End Lofts, Canyon Villas, and The Bluffs at Castle Creek.
Today, Jamie specializes in helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Denver metro and surrounding Colorado real estate markets with confidence. His extensive background in real estate investment, property development, and market analysis provides clients with valuable insight in today’s competitive market.
Outside of real estate, Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife of 46 years, Bari, and their two sons, James and Scott, graduates of DU and Regis University. He is also a nationally ranked North American Doubles Squash player and enjoys Colorado’s active outdoor lifestyle.
